Our Reserve has a complex blend of spicy, plum shiraz (40%) and ripe blackcurrant cabernet (60%)

The wine displays a deep purple colour.

The oak is quite prominent, showing smoky roasted flavours and cedar wood aromas.

The palate has a vibrant fruit with quite chewy oak tannins. The palate is not overwhelmed by oad and retains its balance.

It is a well structured wine, robust in nature and opulent in texture.

This wine can be enjoyed young for those that prefer full-bodied, robust wines but will also mature well into a complex wine of great Mudgee character.
