In releasing our only red for 2006, we decided to present the synergies of our smooth Merlot (40%), spicy shiraz (30%) and ripe blackcurrant cabernet (30%)

The wine displays a bright ruby redcolour.

The aroma is a blend of fresh cherries with a slight hint of vanilla.

The palate is light to medium bodied with bright fruit and some savoury elements from older oak maturation and Mudgee earthiness.

The tannins are light but long adding to the structure without being aggressive.

This wine has been designed for consumption at any time of year - it makes a great summer red to accompany BBQ's, Asian & Italian foods.
